Keyless Entry
Keyless Entry
Keyless entry on the main gate and door ensures quick and safe access to occupants. Instead of carrying a key the occupant uses a key fob which unlocks and activates the opening of the main gate off the street. When inside the gate closes automatically. During low light conditions and night time lighting in the paving is automatically illuminated to light the path to the door.
This is particularly important to the visually impaired and complements the tactile paving running to the main door. When the occupant reaches the main door they use a fingerprint reader to activate the automatic door. The keyless entry system is linked to the central computer which knows the identity of the person and can orchestrate a personalised welcome message or prompt and logs the time on entry and exit.
